Finding a quality tripod that doesn’t cost the earth can be difficult, but we’ve made that whole process a whole lot easier.

We’ve teamed up with a manufacturer who can deliver high end pro tripods, at very realistic prices.
These tripods have pan and tilt drag controls that can be dialled in, which allow you to get simply the smoothest shots around.
You can also slide the plate back and forward, allowing you to balance the camera more evenly....very important when you’ve whacked a matte box on the front and she’s front heavy!!!

We’ve used Miller tripods, Manfrotto, and Vinten’s and we can personally recommend the range of Ares tripods as being as good as, if not better than the big names, at around half the price as the big boys.

There are a number of models available, depending on your needs, but we always recommend getting the tripod that is a little bit larger than what you need, that way, when you tarde-up your camera, your tripod will still be able to handle the load.
