Remote heads are those really cool devices that go at the end of a camera crane, and using a remote control, allow you to remotely pan and tilt the camera.

There are a few out there, but the prices....yeeesch!!!!

Which is why we scoured the earth to find a remote head system that was simple, excellent quality, and was priced to suit the indie film-maker.

We found a couple...one that is a very cost effective way of remote controlling your camera, and the other, a system to rival the big boys but at a fraction of the price.

The Camera Turret has two models that suit most camera set-ups. The PT-20 (as shown) is suited to camera weighing no more than 5 kilos, while the PT-24 will handle cameras up to 10 kilos.

Both are hand-built with precision gears, and joystick controls that make the whole process smooove as silk!!!


	The PT-301 is a low cost solution for remote pan and tilt requirements. Now...don’t expect miracles here. It does pan and tilt, and have a basic speed control, but does not offer the same features as the ones above.
