The DV Car Rig is simply one of the complete car camera mounting packages available today at a price that is affordable.

It can carry most small to medium sized DV and HDV cameras, and can be easily mounted on a cars roof, hood, and door with a minimum of fuss.
The DV Car Rig comes with a safety strap harness system to prevent your camera and the road from becoming close friends.

The DvCarRig is a camera tripod modified and adapted for on-car use.

 The tripod center column has a standard 3/8” thread for attaching an extension arm, a ball head or any other flat base fluid camera head. (e.g. Manfrotto/Bogen 501)

It has three extendable two section telescopic legs each with 4 position locking. The Car Tripod can be used with the Vacuum Cups for on-car use or with the standard rubber feet for ground use as a low angle baby tripod.

The Tripod is equipped with 4 locking buckles for attaching and tightening the flat hook safety straps.

You can either buy the unit in it’s base form, or the complete kit which includes a ball head and an extension arm as shown to the left..
